What is astrocartography?
At the moment you were born, every planet sat over a specific point on Earth. Draw the places where each planet was exactly on the horizon or the meridian and you get curves — power lines — sweeping across the map. Astrocartography (also called locational astrology) reads those lines: stand near one and that planet's themes are said to run louder in your daily life.
Culmination and nadir lines — public visibility and vocation, or home, roots, and private life.
Rising and setting lines — how you show up and first impressions, or partnership and encounters.
Influence is strongest within ~75 km and fades out around 200 km, which is where we stop listing places.

Yes, as close as you can get it. The rising, setting, and meridian lines shift by hundreds of kilometres for every few minutes of error.
The planetary positions and line geometry are computed from a real ephemeris. The interpretations are traditional astrological readings — enjoy them as inspiration, not instruction.

How it is calculated
Planetary positions are computed from the astronomy-engine ephemeris as geocentric apparent positions for your exact birth instant — no lookup tables, no rounding to the nearest hour.
MC and IC lines are the meridians where a planet culminates or sits at the nadir. ASC and DSC lines are solved as true horizon crossings, latitude by latitude, so they curve correctly instead of being approximated.
A line's influence is treated as strongest within about 75 km and fading out by 200 km. Nothing beyond 200 km is listed. Parans — where two lines cross in latitude — are detected within the same 75 km band.
Your birth city sets the historical time zone used to convert your birth time to UTC. Destinations come from a curated atlas of 220 nomad-friendly cities with climate, cost, connectivity, and population figures.
